Felix provided highly inspiring leadership. He made everything feel both safe and clear, while still giving me room for independence and real ownership of my projects and areas of responsibility. He was particularly good at guiding me in directions where he could see my strengths, and he trusted me with the responsibilities and tasks I wanted, which greatly strengthened my confidence and my development as both a designer and a team coordinator.
