Felix was responsible for building and leading the design function dedicated to our Paid Media efforts, and he played a pivotal role in shaping it into the high-impact team it is today.

What I appreciated most was his leadership style: Felix is refreshingly direct and honest. In a complex environment, his ability to ‘say it like it is’ allowed us to cut through ambiguity, make decisions quickly, and maintain serious momentum. He never let process get in the way of progress.

On a personal level, Felix was an incredible soundboard for me. I always looked forward to our catch-ups to discuss 'all things design' at Better Collective. He brings a genuine energy to the work and cares deeply about both the quality of the output and the people creating it.
